This Privacy Policy describes how the application "Offline Translator Lite" ("the App", "we", "our") handles user data.
The App is designed to operate offline and does not require user accounts. We do not collect any personal information directly from you.
All translation activities (text, voice, and photo) are performed locally on your device. The App does not send your translations, voice recordings, photos, or any related data to any external server controlled by us.
The voice recordings are processed locally for transcription purposes and are not stored permanently. Audio data is deleted immediately after transcription.
Photos used for translation are processed locally for on-device text recognition (OCR). Images are not uploaded, transmitted, or stored — text recognition happens entirely on your device, and the captured image is discarded after processing.
The App uses Google ML Kit on-device translation models. When you select a language pair for the first time, the necessary translation model is downloaded from Google servers to your device. After download, all translations occur locally without further data transmission. This download is a one-time process per language pair.
The App also uses Google ML Kit on-device text recognition to extract text from photos; this processing happens entirely on your device.

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process certain information as described in the Google Privacy & Terms. This may include device identifiers and usage data for personalized advertising.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under "Google" > "Ads" > "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

This data is stored only on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing the App data from your device settings.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
